An annual form some employers are required to submit to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
EEO-1 Report Extended Definition
Employers with 100 or more employees are required to report the number of employees according to race, gender, ethnicity, and category. An employer who has earned a federal contract of $50,000 or more and has 50 or more employees must also file the EEO-1 Report.
